Saugatuck is on I-196/U.S. 31 between exit 36 (to the south) and exit 41 (to the north).
Coming to us from the north (Holland, Grand Haven, Muskegon) you would come south on U.S. 31.
Coming to us from the Grand Rapids area you would take I-196 west until it merged with U.S. 31 south of Holland, and then come south.
Coming to us from Kalamazoo, you have several choices. One is to go north on I-131 to M-89 west and take this to I-196 south of Saugatuck, then come north. Another option is to go east on M-43 to I-196 near South Haven, then come north. Another option is to take M-43 west to M-40 north to Allegan, then go west on M-89 to I-196 south of Saugatuck.
