August Member Picnic 2024
Art Club invites all members to come to our annual picnic on Tuesday, August 13 from 5:00-7:00 PM in the beautiful garden at the home of Jan VonIns, 3535 65th Street, Saugatuck.
Many of you have joined the club because you want to get to know more people and make friends. This is a great opportunity to make that happen as only food and conversation are on the agenda. Please mark your calendars and plan to come.
To make it easy, you may choose to pre-order food. The women of the Congregation Church in Saugatuck will prepare a picnic meal which includes your choice of a Turkey & Swiss sandwich on a pretzel roll OR Ham & Swiss wrap, with carrot slaw, veggies with ranch dip, a brownie, and water for $15. Please use the buttons below to order online with a credit card. Choose your sandwich, then add it to your cart making sure to give your card information before submitting. Your picnic package will be ready for you at the picnic site. Of course, you may simply pack your own picnic basket and bring it.
Please do remember to bring a folding chair or blanket to sit upon and your own beverage if you want something more than water.
The last few years we have had wonderful weather, but due to limited shelter, if it rains we will have to cancel the event. If you have ordered a meal, it will be available for pick up at the picnic site between 5:00 and 6:00 pm, and you can just take it home with you.
