Waterfront Invitational Art Fair

 Saturday, July 1, 2023
10 am to 5 pm
Dear Artists / Vendors,

The jurors for this fair are looking for fine art and fine craft creators.  You must create the original for everything that you sell.  Saying that, artists may sell prints or copies of their original work.

We plan to use the Village Square Park again this year for both of our shows. It is a more central location, very visible, easy and quick load in and out, all very flat ground, and no danger of the area flooding if it is a high water year. Most booths are right on the walkways. So, every booth is a really good booth. There should be plenty of customers in town.

Thank you for your continued support.

The Jewelry Category is closed for this fair. Please apply next year if you are a jeweler.

$30 Non-Refundable Application Fee
If you are accepted to the fair, you will be sent a link to pay your booth fee.
  • Single Booths are 10' x 10' and cost  $145
  • Double Booths are 20' x 10' and cost $260
  • Booth #329 is 28' x 6-8'. This is a great spot for sculptures or just tables. You may have an umbrella there or a small or odd shaped tent, but not a 10' x 10' tent. The cost for this booth is $200.
  • Booths #402, #405 & #409 are spaces good for a little extra space next to your booth or if you just need a space for a table, but not a 10' x 10' tent. They are 10' wide, but only 5-8' deep. You can put up an umbrella there, but not a 10' x 10' table. #402 & #409 are under trees. #405 is in front of a planting. These 3 booths cost $100 each.

Art Club members get a $15 discount.
Parking on any street or parking lot in Saugatuck creates problems. When you park in the designated art club parking lot $25 will be refunded to you from your booth fee.
