Waterfront Invitational Art Fair

 Saturday, July 5, 2026
10 am to 5 pm
Dear Artists / Vendors,

The jurors for this fair are looking for fine art and fine craft creators.  You must create the original for everything that you sell.  Saying that, artists may sell prints or copies of their original work.

Saugatuck's Village Square Park is a central location, very visible, easy and quick load in and out, and all very flat ground. Most booths are right on the walkways. So, every booth is a really good booth.

Thank you for your continued support.

$30 Non-Refundable Application Fee
If you are accepted to the fair, you will be sent a link to pay your booth fee.
  • Single Blue Prime Booths are 10' x 10' and cost $145
  • Double Booths are 20' x 10' and cost $260
  • Booth #328 is 28' x 6-8'. This is a great spot for sculptures or just tables. You may have an umbrella there or a small or odd shaped tent, but not a 10' x 10' tent. The cost for this booth is $200.
  • Booths #202, #402 & #407 are spaces good for a little extra space next to your booth or if you just need a space for a table, but not a 10' x 10' tent. They are 10' wide, but only 5-8' deep. You can put up an umbrella there, but not a 10' x 10' table. All are under trees.  These 3 booths cost $100 each.
  • Eight NEW booths — #210 - #217 —are available on the basketball court. These booths are priced at $125 each and color coded in yellow on the map.

Art Club members get a $15 discount.
Parking on any street or parking lot in Saugatuck creates problems. When you park in the designated art club parking lot $25 will be refunded to you from your booth fee.

We are in the process of switching our application process to Zapplication and should have things ready by December 1st. Thank you for your patience.
